Prices
All prices are inclusive of current VAT for Czech Republic. Shipping costs will be added to your order.
Shipping costs
You will be informed about the shipping costs during your purchase.
Shipping countries
We currently ship over Europe only. The shipping to European Union countries has no
taxes or any additional costs.
Delivery
You receive a confirmation e-mail upon completing an order. As soon as your payment
gets to our bank account, we dispatch your order. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business
days, depending on your location.
Unclaimed packages
Unclaimed packages will be returned to EPST. You will be charged for return
delivery for any unclaimed packages.
Returns
The return period is 14 days from the day the order was delivered. If the returned
products are undamaged, clean and complete, we will immediately refund your
payment.
Cancelling order
It is possible to cancel your order if it hasn’t been sent yet. Get in touch with us as soon
as possible in such situation. If your order has already been sent, you will have to
return the products in order to receive a refund. The return delivery fee will not be
refunded to you.
Warranty
All EPST products have to be used according to the information on our website
and the information you get with your ordered package. The warranty will not apply in
case of any physical damage inflicted on a product by misuse or external influence.
Please note that all EPST products are meant for indoor use only.
